Bulk TV Service
AT&T has bulk offers on TV at competitive pricing. We will work with you to find the best solution to bring DIRECTV as part of the rental experience
-Property Owner Elects to provide DIRECTV programming to all tenants
-Property Owner is billed for bulk service at a reduced price (55% off retail price) providing an opportunity to make residual profit.
*Must have at least 16 units to qualify.
Direct to Home
-Property owner elects to keep existing agreement in place with a cable provider and is wiling to grant DIRECTV exclusive marketing rights within the building.
-Tenants are able to choose their own DIRECTV Package.
-Tenants pay their own bill and are offered the normal national rates.
-Property owner receives 2% profit on tenant monthly bills.
